Chevron Money Still Flowing to Burmese Junta

Congress passed a bill tightening economic sanctions on trade with Burma, but left a giant loophole for Chevron. The gas field, developed during Bush I's term, stays open for business under Bush II. Never mind the military junta's oppression of political opponents and Buddhist monks. Ignore their abandonment of millions after a devastating typhoon. They have Human Energy, which translates into economic freedom, Bush's favorite form!
