Frances Townsend Offers New President Risk Management Advice

Frances Townsend has advice for the next U.S. President. Tell the public quickly and clearly how they plan to protect the country from a terrorist attack. What?

What about all the measures Fran and the Bush administration took to protect the country? Won't they continue? The AP reported:

"God help them if something happens before they've done that," Frances Fragos Townsend said Wednesday during a discussion at George Washington University on homeland security and the presidential transition.

God help us all from incompetent bureaucrats, spinning things. Think Hurricane Katrina Lesson Learned report, Fran. It failed to tell the public honestly what happened. Who did it protect?
