Trump Savage Whims Federal Workers, Ukraine & Gaza

CNN reported:

What Trump does to the federal employee, he does to the world.  It was on full display today in the Oval Office.   It wasn't the bearded belly dancers with Hamas colored bandanas, but it was close.  

The press conference with Ukrainian President Zelensky was down to "one more question" when Vice President J.D. Vance interjected about a "certain kind of diplomacy."  After Zelensky shared his past experience with Putin diplomacy where agreements were not kept and Ukrainians killed, Vance responded with:

"The kind of diplomacy that's going to end the destruction of your country."  

Attack dog Vance struck first followed by the Donarch.  The pair dressed down the Ukranian President in the Oval Office, then excused him.

Trump disparaged others before the final blow-up, hitting Presidents Bush, Obama and Biden, Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden, as well as CNN (which he encouraged to focus on survival, like Ukraine).

Near the end of the meeting Trump emphasized (not yelling like Zelensky):

They (Russia) respect me.

Trump closed the meeting with "This is going to be great television."

The Vance/Trump/Zelensky Oval Office cage match pushed Jeffrey Esptein's "clients" off the front stage.

People are learning from our leaders.  

Evidence suggests that decency, kindness, integrity, maturity, accountability and grace are now maladaptive. Grifting, bullying, sycophancy and a general willingness to externalize costs are most adaptive. Tell your kids.

Not sure that will make anything other than a living hell on earth, like Gaza.

Update 3-1-25:  To make Gaza's hell more real or expand its scope Trump approved the emergency sale of $3 billion in weapons to Israel, bypassing Congress:

A former Russian President said this of Trump's tantrum yesterday in "the Oval":

“the insolent pig (Zelensky) finally got a proper slap down in the Oval Office.”

Trump knows how to give a spanking.  Zelensky should be grateful the Donald did not use a magazine with his picture on the cover.

Sorry to See & Hear

Ambassador Chas Freeman said this about President Trump's interaction with French Prime Minister Emanuel Macron on European financing of Ukraine:

"I am really speechless.  This is our leader, our elected leader basically purveying falsehoods, not accepting a straight statement of the truth, continuing to insist on his delusions and doing this in a childish manner.  I am very sorry to see this."

It's but another Trump savage whim, for your listening stress-ure.

NFL End Zone Ideas for Trump II Super Bowl LIX

In honor of Trump II, the digital Caligula's attendance at today's Super Bowl, I offer the following end zone suggestions.

I offer these suggestions with no desire for remuneration.

Some have expressed concern over the singing of the Black national anthem.  Surely, black people can have one since five national anthems exist already.  

I expect Trump II will add "God Bless the USA" and "YMCA" to the approved list of national anthems in an executive order.  It will help him continue his paper barrage.

There was a time in our country when the military treated German POWS better than Black soldiers.  Trump is of German heritage but avoided the military until he could occupy its top slot, Commander in Chief.  

Trump II closed off asylum but recently verbalized an exception for white South African farmers.  Just like the Super Bowl with its aggressive hitting, Trump's cracker nonsense is head rattling.

Update 2-10-25.  Lauren Daigle sang a jazzy "America the Beautiful."  Waiting for the Lauren Boebert uproar...

Trump's smattering of TechGods have roots in South Africa.  Elon Musk, Peter Thiel and David Sacks are from South Africa or spent time there in their youth.

Trump Never Mentioned Jesus at National Prayer Breakfast

President Trump spoke at the National Prayer Breakfast for nearly 35 minutes.  He did not mention Jesus name in his remarks.  Not one time.  

Trump noted God saved him from an assassin's bullet at his Butler, Pennsylvania rally.  He found a more earthly explanation for the helicopter, regional jet crash at Reagan National Airport.  

Trump stated in his remarks:

...I think what is going to happen is we’re all going to sit down and do a great computerized system for our control towers, brand-new — not pieced together, obsolete, like it is — land-based — trying to hook up a land-based system to a satellite system. 

...let’s spend less money and build a great system.” Done by two or three companies — very s- — good companies, specialists. That’s all it is. 

So, we’re going to have the best system and it’s a lot of money, but it’s not that much money. And it’ll happen fast, and it’ll be done by total professionals. And when it’s done, you’re not going to have accidents. It’s just not — they’re not — they’re virtually not possible to have.

Plane crashes are not possible to happen?  Is this Git-eon testing God? 

Trump's libertarian, live forever TechGods are constantly usurping the faith realm.  They've stolen creation with artificial intelligence, genetic tampering, forming new elements and their insatiable need to turn the human into anything techno-computer-cyber, however grotesque and distorted.  

Trump II, the digital Caligula, showed his "love for religion" by appointing a White House faith advisor.  Paula White touts the prosperity gospel, a theology rejected by many Christians.

“Even though President Trump is enforcing laws that line up with our values, that doesn’t mean he has any clue what biblical Christianity is or why it matters,” Christian podcast host John Mason wrote on X. “Paula White is a known heretic and known false teacher who has no regard for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.”

Rev. Norman Vincent Peale taught Donald Trump to worship himself.  That may what attendees experienced at this year's National Prayer Breakfast.

Trump Wants to Build One Giant Settlement

In a press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, Trump II offered more "savage whims."  He floated the U.S. taking over Gaza and rebuilding it, nice not crappy.

Congress appropriates money and many lawmakers panned Trump's suggestion. The idea failed to go over with allies, especially Arab states in the Middle East.

It would be a very large settlement on Palestinian land, especially given what little land they have left.

The U.S. has been known for our ineffective exhortations to "stop building settlements."  (I posted on this topic in May 2009) 

Trump flipped this on its head with his full speed ahead idea of building one giant "Trump Plaza" settlement on what is now Gaza.  It could be known as Trump Plaza Gaza.

Update 2-6-25:  BBC reported Trump doubled down on the U.S. rebuilding Gaza.

Benjamin Netanyahu has said his government is working closely with the US to implement Donald Trump’s plan for Gaza, which involves US ownership of the coastal strip, the removal of more than 2 million Palestinians and the redevelopment of the occupied territory as a resort.

What's Scarier: ERIK or Eric?

Trump II, the digital Caligula, issued an executive order banning "radical indoctrination" in primary and secondary schools.  It's abbreviation is ERIK.  

Shortly after President Trump issued his executive order, his son Eric suggested adding Ethereum cryptocurrency on an X post.  CoinPedia referenced Eric's "happy ending" prediction in a piece suggesting Ethereum will skyrocket.

Ralph Nader warned about the Trump team's ability to insider trade based on exclusive information.

While the government looks for radical indoctrination in schools, "anything goes" in financial markets.  Trump is great at diversion.  Look over here while he and his "profit, profit, profit" over there.  

Emperor Trump Flings Tariffs

Trump II, the digital Caligula, gave a thumb's down on Canada and Mexico by instituting new tariffs on goods from our trading partners.  WSJ called it "the dumbest trade war in history."

The political Red Team once had "free trade" as a core tenet and touted its "dollar extender" benefits.  No more.  Candidate Donald promised to bring down prices.  President Trump is doing the exact opposite.

A 25% tariff is an additional tax on the American consumer.  Trump's stable of billionaire supporters, private equity underwriters (PEU) and TechGods don't pay 25% on their obscene wealth.

How can Canada and Mexico get back in $TRUMP's good graces?  Do their Central Banks buy meme coins?  

Trump accepts various forms of fealty.  Friends have to be especially fawning.  Hear that Canada and Mexico?

Update 2-3-25:  Former Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell noted on Trump's tariffs:

“It will drive the cost of everything up. In other words, it will be paid for by American consumers. I mean, why would you want to get in a fight with your allies over this?”

Trump postponed the enactment of his tariffs on Canada and Mexico for 30 days.

Profits from insider trading will be taxed at a rate below Trump's 25% tariffs.  Trump wanted no testing during the COVID pandemic.  I'm sure he wants none of his people looked at for insider trading.  No investigation, no findings.
