Dangling Libya

Trying to beat the spread of American branded multinationals is fatiguing. Libya gave up in 2004 by renouncing weapons of mass destruction. They now have The Carlyle Group courting Muammar al-Gadhafi's son for business opportunities. Businessmen need visas and the U.S. Ambassador to Libya is calling for an easing of visa restrictions.

Pay attention Syria and Iran. Would you rather be an Iraq or a Libya? Transformation can happen violently or peacefully. Who would've thought of Libya as a member of the UN Security Council? They're the only Arab representative.
