CIA Free to Destroy 92 Interrogation Tapes

The Obama administration sent a letter dated March 2 to a judge. It indicated the CIA destroyed 92 tapes. It also said the CIA was gathering more details for the lawsuit, such as a list of the destroyed records, any secondary accounts describing what was on the destroyed tapes, and the identities of those who may have viewed or possessed the recordings before their destruction.

More proof U.S. law is bifurcated. One set of laws exists for common people, another for power heads and the big money men.
